Tickets & Booking Terms and Conditions 1. Bookings & Confirmation All bookings for performances are only confirmed once a deposit or full payment has been received. Until payment is made, the date and time remain available for other bookings. ⸻ 2. Payment Terms * Full payment is preferred to secure your booking. * If needed, payment plans may be arranged (weekly payments available by agreement). * All payments must be completed no later than 24 hours before the scheduled performance. * Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the booking. ⸻ 3. Pricing All prices are agreed upon prior to the event and may vary depending on location, travel, duration, and equipment requirements. Any additional costs will be discussed and confirmed before the event. ⸻ 4. Cancellations & Refunds * Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund or credit (excluding deposit, if applicable). * Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable. * If the performer must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or rescheduled date will be offered. ⸻ 5. Rescheduling One reschedule is allowed if requested at least 7 days prior to the event, subject to availability. Last-minute changes may not be possible. ⸻ 6. Event Requirements * A safe performance space must be provided. * For larger shows, access to power and basic performance conditions may be required. * If sound or lighting equipment is requested, additional fees may apply. ⸻ 7. Conduct & Safety The performer reserves the right to stop or refuse a performance if there is unsafe behaviour, harassment, or conditions that put safety at risk. ⸻ 8. Arrival & Timing The performer will arrive at an agreed time prior to the show for setup. Delays caused by the client may result in reduced performance time. ⸻ 9. Media & Promotion Unless requested otherwise, performances may be recorded or photographed for promotional use (e.g., social media).
