DEPOSIT POLICY • A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. • All deposits are non-refundable. • Banking information will be provided after booking. You must send a screenshot of the transaction as proof of payment. • If you are transferring from a different bank, please book in advance so the payment can reflect in our account before your appointment. TARDINESS POLICY • If you arrive 15 minutes late, a $1,000 late fee will be applied. • If you are 20 minutes or more late, your appointment will be automatically cancelled. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING • If you need to reschedule, your deposit is valid only within the same month the original appointment was made. • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. • Clients who fail to show up twice without any communication will be restricted from booking future appointments.
