• After Hours: Appointments scheduled Monday–Friday before 9 AM or 6PM and on are considered after hours and will incur a $30 fee (this fee does not go toward your service total). • New Client Deposit: A $30 non-refundable deposit is required for all new clients sent via Zelle to novabeautybiz@gmail.com under “Bitchin Nails LLC” • No Extra Guests: Please do not bring additional guests unless they are receiving a service. • Grace Period: A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes, your appointment may be canceled. Please message me if you’re running late. • Rescheduling/Cancellations: Please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours in advance to retain your deposit credit. Rescheduling or canceling within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the total services booked. • No Call / No Show: Failure to show up or communicate will result in being charged 100% of the total services booked and permanently banned from future bookings. • Card Payments: Credit/debit card transactions will include a small processing fee. However, you can earn points toward discounts when using a card. • Cash Payments: No fees apply when paying with cash. Please bring the exact amount, as no change is provided.
