Bookings are confirmed at the time of booking. By booking with Nomie Braids, you agree to these Policies & Terms, and Nomie Braids may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment if needed and will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. R100 non-refundable deposit secures your appointment. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment; please do so as early as possible, as we don’t hold any appointments. A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business’s discretion. Payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment methods may vary. Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment, and clients should arrive alone unless prior arrangements have been made with the business. No refunds are issued once a service has been completed.
