As a skilled professional I am trained to handle all kinds of animals with care and patience, ensuring that your pet has an stress-free experience. I also use only the best products and equipment to ensure that your pet is treated with the highest level of care possible. Booking Confirmations and Cancellation Policy Booking confirmations will be sent 24 hours before your appointment. If in event of emergency and need to reschedule I must have at least a 24 hour notice so that the appointment time can be made available to another client. If one appointment is missed without notice, client will be charged a $30 NO SHOW fee due to event. If two appointments are missed without giving notice, clients are then required to pre pay prior to scheduling any further appointments. We always strive to be as accommodating as possible, so please be mindful of our time as I am of yours. Let's work together to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
