This will be deducted from your final bill. Once the deposit is sent you will receive an instant booking notification confirming your time, location and date. Please specify if you require a London or Portsmouth appointment when booking. 📍 No plus ones ! Please ensure you arrive on time for your appointment as after a 15 minute grace period we operate with a late fee starting from £10. Being over 30 minutes late may result in your appointment being cancelled. Please come with your hair clean, detangled and stretched. Blow drying and detangling are available as an add on service. Starting from £15. If you are unable to stretch your hair please let me know prior to arriving so I can appropriately accommodate this. Thank you for choosing N.D.I ! Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation (without at least 48 hour notice) or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment giving 48 hour notice, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your future booking. Without 48 hour notice deposit is lost.
