You may be contacted and required to pay a deposit. The deposit must be paid within 30 mins of booking, is non refundable for cancellations and cannot be rolled over for rescheduled bookings unless with 72hrs notice. No shows or cancellations will be charged 50%-100% of the full groom price. It is the responsibility of the person who brings your pet to the appointment to discuss style preferences and requirements DIRECTLY with the groomer (not via text message) when dropping your dog off. It is the responsibility of the person who collects your pet after grooming to check everything is to your satisfaction BEFORE leaving the premises. If any adjustments need to be made the groomer can then address this immediately. Complaints/adjustment requests cannot be accepted after leaving. All pets must be collected within 30 mins of the "ready" notification being sent. Late collections will incur a £10 late fee plus an additional £5 for every extra 15 mins. Late arrivals (more than 10 mins) may result in your pet's groom being rescheduled, or a £10 late fee may be charged. Severely tangled pets will be charged a higher price. Grooming substantially tangled pets increases the risk of cuts and nicks. This is not the groomer's fault and we accept no responsibility for such happenings if directly related to the detangling/tangle removal process. Pets with fleas may be charged a £15 fumigation fee. We cannot dispense or administer flea medications. We can use a very effective natural flea shampoo but you will still need to acquire appropriate treatment from your vet or over the counter. It is solely the owners responsibility to inform us of any aggressive, behavioural or relevant health issues at the time of booking. Aggressive pets may be charged a higher price. If a pet is severely aggressive or too stressed we reserve the right to discontinue the groom at any time whether partially completed or not. Our safety and the safety of your pet is our priority. We reserve the right to refuse any groom. All payments must be completed in full before leaving the premises with your pet after the groom. You are welcome to pay via cash or bank transfer. We do not have a card reader. Late payments will incur a £15 fee. Non payments will be reported and legal proceedings undertaken. We are able to empty anal glands using a gentle external method as long as your vet has not said it cannot be carried out on your pet. We do not use any invasive or internal methods. During the nail trimming process it is possible that a quick may be cut. We accept no responsibility for this. We will always use the appropriate products to minimise bleeding. You must inform us at the time of booking if your pet suffers from any allergies. Due to the unpredictable nature of allergies we accept no responsibility for reactions to any of the products we use. If we are made aware of any sensitivities we will always endeavour use products to try and minimise reactions . The groom length is only an estimate. Groom lengths vary for many reasons and can change from one visit to the next. This is beyond our control. We treat our customers with respect. We expect customers to treat us with respect too. Aggression, sexual innuendos or abuse of any kind will not be tolerated. By booking with us you accept these terms and conditions.
