Booking fee * A non-refundable, non-transferable £15 booking fee must be paid to secure your appointment. If you cancel your appointment at any point, the £15 booking fee will not be refunded or transferred. Cancellations & No-Shows * If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment time, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the appointment fee to cover loss of earnings. * The same policy applies to no-show appointments. The full appointment fee will be due/retained. Late Arrivals * Please arrive promptly for your appointment. * If you are more than 10 minutes late, I may need to shorten your treatment or reschedule your appointment entirely. * If your appointment is shortened or rescheduled due to lateness, your £15 booking fee will be forfeited, and the remaining balance of the appointment will still be due. Other Policies * Under 16s must have written consent from a parent or guardian before treatment. No under 14s under any circumstances. * No refunds are available on lash treatments as time and products have been used. If you experience excessive lash loss within the first 48 hours, I will be happy to fix them free of charge at my next available appointment. * Please come alone to your appointment unless otherwise agreed with me. Please allow up to 2–2.5 hours for lash treatments, depending on the style you are having and the health of your natural lashes.
