Mirror Mirror Beauty & Aesthetics

Appointment Booking

- Appointments can be made via phone, online, or in person. A valid deposit is be required to secure your appointment.
- Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling. We don’t allow over 10 minutes late.
- Consultations need to be completed prior to arrival or will reduce treatment time
- patch tests must be carried out 24 hours before or your treatment will not go ahead and you may still be charged 

Aesthetic treatments 

- Botulinum toxin and dermal filler treatments are only available to persons aged 18 years and over. Proof of age may be requested at booking and treatment.
- If you are fortunate enough to look under 25, you will be asked to provide valid photographic identification before any age-restricted treatment can be booked or carried out.
- All aesthetic treatments require a face to face consultation beforehand. 

Cancellations and Rescheduling

- We require a minimum of 72 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. 
- Cancellations made with less than 72 hours notice may be charged.
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment price. No show twice will be blocked from booking back in.

Payment Terms

- Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards or bank transfers. This will need to be paid before the treatment is carried out.
- Prices are subject to change without notice. (Changes to prices will be updated in the booking system)


Refund Policy

- Services rendered are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours to discuss your concerns. After 24 hours Mirror Mirror will not be liable.
- Products purchased are returnable within 3 days if unopened and in their original packaging.

Health and Safety

- Please inform your stylist/practioner of any allergies, medical conditions, or special considerations prior to your service.
- If you are feeling unwell or have any contagious condition, we kindly ask that you let us know prior.

Personal Belongings

- Clients are responsible for their personal belongings while at the salon. Mirror Mirror is not liable for lost or stolen items. However we do keep a safe trusting environment so these situations should never occur.

Behavioral Expectations

- We strive to provide a welcoming environment for all clients. Any form of harassment, discriminatory language, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of service. No smoking or vaping within the premises.

Photography and Social Media

- We may take before-and-after photos of your service for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform your stylist/practitioner. However some photos are needed for insurance purposes.

Supervision: Children are welcome in the salon, but they must be supervised by another adult at all times for their safety and the comfort of other guests. Children will NOT be allowed in the aesthetics rooms as it’s over 18 only. 

COURSE TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

1 - A  deposit has been paid to hold your booking. The remainder of the course will need to be paid a week before your course date. (Date will be on your email) failure to make payment will result in course cancellation and loss of deposit. Once your course is confirmed and completed within a time frame you will not receive a refund at any point. All courses are NON REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.

2 - if for any reason the student (yourself) needs to reschedule the training date, we can change the date but anything within 5 working days of the course date will be charged a fee. 

3 - All models will have to have a patch test or medical checks. If you wish to provide them we need to know 1 week before to arrange this. failure to ask for us to provide models can result in the course not going ahead and you will lose your deposit/full course payment.

4 - our manuals are for your eyes only. Please do not post out manuals or share the content of the manual with anyone else. do not disclose anything you are taught within the lesson at Mirror Mirror Beauty Training Academy. This will be classed as copyright.

5 - no certificate can be handed to any student without fully completing case studies And completed within a time frame, or until the trainer is completely confident the student is ready to be fully qualified.

6 - It is your responsibility to gain your own insurance after completing the course with us at Mirror Mirror. we recommend students do at least 2-3 clients a week after completing their course to be able to reach their full potential

7- We can offer you a FREE shadow day after completion of your case studies and gaining insurance. no insurance no shadow day

Having seen many practitioners over the past few years for lip filler consultations, I always struggled to fully trust anyone or feel confident enough to go ahead with treatment. I have a very distinctive asymmetry in my lower lip, so it was incredibly important for me to find the right injector.
