MY POLICIES Cancellations: If you need to cancel your appointment a minimum of 24 hours notice will be required. Anything less than 24 hours the full service fee will still be charged. Last-minute cancellations are difficult to fill, especially on the same day. Thank you for being mindful of my time and other clients who may be waiting for a slot. Deposits: If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be lost and the remaining balance will still be required. If more than 24 hours notice is given, your deposit can be transferred once to a new date. Soak-Offs: I do not remove or soak off work completed by another technician. All appointments must be on natural nails or on work previously done by me. This ensures I can guarantee the quality, safety, and longevity of your nails.
