WE ARE HOME BASED *NO EXTRA GUESTS OR CHILDREN* (to avoid distractions) ■ POLICIES ■ : The Prices Vary And Are In EASTERN CARIBBEAN DOLLARS (XCD) ■ DEPOSIT POLICY/ PAYMENTS ■ : A 50% non refundable and non transferable deposit of your service price is required WITHIN 3 DAYS OF BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT to SECURE your spot. : When a DEPOSIT is applied it cant be transfered to another date, it is automatically forfeited as NO SHOW/ CANCELLATION FEE. : If Your Service Is Paid In Full In The Event OF A NO SHOW/ LATE / CANCEL 50% is kept and forfeited and 50% can be used as next appointment DEPOSIT Please cancel at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointment. • No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the half of balance of the service booked. : Inconsistent clients will require to pay a $40 deposit to secure your spot. : APPOINTMENTS on Holidays & Sundays will attract A $20 fee and will be automatically added to your service price. Nails MUST BE clear of all FOREIGN WORK (acrylics, gel polish etc) any existing polish not done by us WILL BE CHARGED $10 fee for removal ■LATENESS/ NO SHOWS ■ Please be on time a 10 minute grace period is allowed , if you’re late your appointment will be cancelled and deposit forfeited.
