No requests can be approved without first filling out the consultation form, Thank you! Deposit Policy: A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking. This can be placed in cash in person, or via cash app or venmo, and can be sent to the username mahaekarp on both. This deposit is applied towards your total appointment cost, and is fully refundable as long as any cancellations or reschedules are made in line with the reschedule policy. Any cancellations or reschedules made outside of the reschedule policy will result in your deposit being lost, and a new one will be required to get back on the books. Cancellations and Rescheduling Policy: All cancellations or reschedules need to be made at least 48 hours in advance of your confirmed appointment date and time. Any cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment date and time, will result in your deposit being lost, and a new $50 deposit will be required to get back on the books. Minimum Age Requirements: All clientele must be 18 years of age or older at this time. A valid photo ID, such as a drivers license or passport, must be presented at the time of your appointment. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Final Payments: Final payments must be made in cash, at the time of your appointment, no exceptions.
