“Neika was excellent, as always. Unfortunately, some other colleagues are far less good. My hair was combed roughly by a stylist who did not hold it by the root, to keep it from hurting. The days of painful hair pulling should have ceased years ago. It's 2025 and all stylists should know this, whatever their age and training. It is always considerably disappointing. I do like the new uniform! It gives a professional look and expectation. I have been with Neika for many years. She's great!”
