All deposits are appointment holding fees and are taken upon booking. Appointment holding fee is nonrefundable after booking. - 72 hours notice must be given before rescheduling to use the same deposit.

Cancellations:
Cancellations on the day before/on the day of your appointment / Failure to notify me that you cannot attend your appointment are required to make full payment of the remainder of the appointment which will be charged by my system.

- 10 MINS + of lateness will result in you having to reschedule your appointment as I simply won’t have enough time to do your treatment.

Had my first ever facial with Lauren had the Million Dollar Facial after a consultation — honestly such a lovely experience. She made me feel so comfortable straight away, we were chatting away the whole time which made it feel really relaxed and easy, and I just let her do her thing. Honestly was so nervous when I was going in to get lip filler but Lauren is the NICEST girl you could meet. She’d put you at ease straight away and it’s literally like your just at your friends house for a chat. So genuine and so easy to talk to. I wanted to get 1 ml but she recommended a smaller amount as i had no filler already so she’s not there to just make money she knows what’s best for the client also.
