The staff is super friendly and welcome you and your dog with so much love. I love the fact that they start working on your baby as soon as you arrive and they dont leave them on a cage for 2 to 3 hours like other places. I was told how long it would take for the bath, teeth, ear, and gland cleaning, and it was spot on. Kelce was happy to see me, but she seemed just fine because she wasn't locked in a backroom cage.
