Hair Provision & Deposit: When booking an appointment, please indicate if you will need hair provided. A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. If the deposit is not made within 24 hours, the appointment will not be booked. 2. Walk-ins: Walk-ins are accepted, but please call ahead to confirm if there is availability in the schedule. 3. Late Arrivals: If you are running late, please call ahead and inform me before the scheduled time. Do not call at 9 a.m. for a 9 a.m. appointment. Please respect others’ time. 4. Hair Color: When booking, be sure to specify the color of your hair (e.g., 1, 1B, 2, etc.), or send a photo of the desired color so I can source it for you. 5. Inquiries: For any inquiries, please direct message me on Instagram. 6. Non-Refundable Deposit: If you do not require hair to be provided, a non-refundable deposit of $2,500 is required to secure your appointment. This amount will be deducted from the cost of the installation. Important Notes: • All quoted hair prices are for natural colors (1, 2, 1B, and 4). Colored hair incurs an additional cost. Please DM for details. • If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled. • Sunday and public holiday appointments incur an additional $1,500 charge.
