Please read before booking! During my services, I thrive on providing each and every client the best possible service I can offer. That’s why I have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their LOCS BY CRISTAL experience. There are some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience goes as smoothly as possible. NO DEPOSIT = NO APPOINTMENT A DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED. This deposit will be half of the price of the service booked (might vary). This deposit will be added to your remaining balance. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT NEVER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES WILL DEPOSITS BE REFUNDABLE NOR CAN BE USED FOR FUTURE APPOINTMENTS. If you ever have to cancel your appointment, I understand! Things happen. CANCELLATION HAS TO BE NOTIFIED AT LEAST A DAY BEFOREHAND. I DO TAKE SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS IF I’M AVAILABLE. (This will result in an extra $20 charge.) NO CALL AND NO SHOWS WILL BE BLOCKED AND WONT BE ALLOWED TO BOOK AGAIN. Prior to your appointment, arrive with your hair freshly washed unless otherwise instructed. BE AWARE THAT THE APPOINTMENT IS LIKELY TO BE PROLONGED DEPENDING ON THE TEXTURE OF YOUR HAIR. If you can, try to avoid booking an appointment the day of if you have somewhere to be. I WILL NOT RUSH MY WORK. You must always ask before bringing anyone to your appointment, ANYBODY NOT EXCEPTED WILL NOT BE ALLOWED INSIDE.
