Please book in advance. 2. Punctuality - A $10 late fee applies if you arrive 15+ minutes late. After 20 minutes, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. 3. Cancellations/ Reschedules - Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. 4. No Extra Guests - To maintain a calm and focused environment, only clients receiving services are permitted. 5. Payments - Balance is due at the time of service. Accepted forms: Cash, Zelle, or Card (processing fees may apply). 6. Respect - Loc Theory is a safe, welcoming space. Disrespectful or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. 7.
