By booking, you agree to the terms below. ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨ 📅 Booking & Deposits 📅 •A non-refundable deposit of $15 is required to secure your appointment. •Deposits go toward your total balance. •The remaining balance is due at the time of service (cash, Cash App, or Apple Pay accepted) ⏰ Late Policy ⏰ •Please arrive on time to your appointment. •A 10-minute grace period is allowed •After 15 minutes, a $15 late fee may apply. •After 20 minutes, your appointment may be canceled and deposit forfeited 🚫 Cancellations / Reschedules 🚫 •Please give at least 24–48 hours’ notice to reschedule. •One reschedule is allowed per deposit. •Same-day cancellations = deposit forfeited. 💆🏽‍♀️ Hair Preparation 💆🏽‍♀️ •Hair must be clean, detangled, and product-free before your appointment. •If detangling is needed, a $15–$25 prep fee will apply. •Please come with your natural hair free of oils, gels, or braids unless discussed beforehand. •Hair is included with all styles!💓 ✨ Satisfaction ✨ •I take pride in my work and want you to leave happy! •If you have any concerns, please speak up before leaving so I can address them right away.
