Booking fees are 𝗻𝗼𝗻 - 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 in case of cancellation or no-show. Please note, this includes illness & Covid-19. However, if you reschedule your appointment 72 hours before using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your future booking for 𝟭 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 and up too 𝟭 month in advance. Otherwise, you will lose your booking fee when cancelling/rescheduling. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours. Before appointment or no-show your card will be automatically charged the remaining amount for the appointment. We try to be as fair as possible, but we still have bussiness to run & protect. Thank you for understanding. ▪️𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗢𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 In order for us to accommodate as many clients possible and minimise any gaps, appointment times may be altered by 30min or so. Please check your reminder message before appointment and contact us if any problems occur. If you are running late you must inform the salon, otherwise if you are late 15min. Your appointment will be cancelled. ▪️𝗟𝗔𝗦𝗛 𝗖𝗔𝗥𝗘 Lash extensions require the use of lash shampoo every 2-4 days, depending on whether you wear eye makeup. Prior to your appointment, it is essential to cleanse the eye area thoroughly, removing any foundation or eye makeup. If you arrive to your appointment with mascara/eye makeup it will affect the lash retention. ▪️𝗣𝗔𝗧𝗖𝗛 𝗧𝗘𝗦𝗧 Patch testing for adhesive cannot provide a 100% conclusive result, this is because only a small amount of product is used. It is more likely for allergies and sensitivities to occur in clients who have been exposed to the product. This means a client who has been having lash extensions for a while are more susceptible than a new client who has never had them before. Therefore, client understands that going ahead with the treatment, we can carry out the patch test, but a reaction might still occur. ▪️𝗜𝗡𝗙𝗜𝗟𝗟 𝗣𝗢𝗟𝗜𝗖𝗬 (𝘄𝗲 𝗱𝗼 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗻𝘀 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸) You instead should book a lash removal & full set. Infills are recommended every 2–3 weeks to maintain your lash extensions properly. 🔴 After 23 days, you will no longer be eligible for an infill. 📌 Any bookings made after 23 days will automatically be changed to a full set or half set and priced accordingly. 𝗣𝗔𝗬𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 The remaining balance, excluding the deposit, is to be paid in CASH at your appointment. Please note, that we do not accept card payments.
