-No smoking or drinking is allowed during your lash appointment. -Phone use is not permitted during the service to ensure safety, focus, and best results. -If these rules are not followed, I reserve the right to cancel the appointment or refuse service at any time. -For fill appointments, clients must have at least 50% of their lash extensions remaining to be considered a fill. Anything less will be charged as a full set. -Must arrive with clean lashes -I require a deposit and the rest cash in person -f 10+ lashes fall in the first 24 hours you can get a free touch up if you let me know -A $20 deposit is required to secure all appointments. -Deposits are non-refundable unless | cancel on you. -If you cancel your appointment, your deposit will forfeited -If you reschedule the appointment with 24hrs in advanced from your original appointment the $20 deposit can be transferable but not refundable (this can only be done once) -There is a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be automatically cancelled, and the deposit will not be refunded. -No deposit = No appointment. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
