I require 24 hours notice to cancel or change an appointment. No shows will be required to pay 50% of the services you had scheduled before a new appointment will be accepted. Also, please try to arrive no more than 10 minutes late or five minutes early. When scheduling, please include your pups name and breed, as well as the last time they were groomed if I was not the last to groom them.
