Hi, I’m Jodie, the owner of Soul & Skin by Indigo Rose. I specialise in bespoke luxury facials and deeply restorative massage, with every treatment designed to support both your skin and your nervous system. My approach is intuitive, holistic, and tailored — no rushed appointments, no one-size-fits-all routines. This is your time to switch off, reset, and put yourself first. I’m here to create a safe, supportive space where you can fully relax and reconnect with yourself. Below, you’ll find a few simple steps to prepare for your appointment. Please arrive to your appointment on time Feel free to arrive for your massage or facial with unwashed hair (it may get messy and oily) Please remove any make up before your microneedling or facial appointment. Stop using and actives, eg glycolic acid, retinol for a week prior to you microneedling appointment. Arrive wearing something comfortable and remove jewelery where necessaty. For Reflexology please wear loose trousers so I can reach half way up your calves or feel free to remove your bottoms if that is more comfortable for you. Turn your phone on silent for you own peace Please check your email for a consultation form. This needs to be completed before your appointment. For Reflexology appointments we will fill in the consultation form on the day. Payment by cash or bank transfer on the day, or if you prefer you can pay in full on the Goldie app before you arrive. Take a look at my terms and conditions for my cancellation policy. After your session, I encourage you to be kind to yourself and take it easy. Your body and nervous system may be integrating shifts, so give yourself space to rest, reflect, and just enjoy a gentle, calm day.

Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice you will be expected to cover the full cost of that treatment. Please aim to let me know as soon as possible if you can no longer attend your scheduled appointment.

Walk in and float back out. This 50 minutes of indulgence will leave your face—and your soul—feeling renewed. The treatment begins with a gentle oil cleanse, followed by a blissful foam brush cleanse that removes all traces of dirt, oil, and grime, leaving your skin feeling fresh and pure. This is followed by an exfoliating enzyme peel, a luxurious hot towel treatment prepares your skin to absorb the rejuvenating benefits of the Face Mask.
