Hairdresser - cancellations with less than 24hr notice will be charged a 50% fee! No shows will be fully charged the price of service they missed! £15 deposit fee All new colour clients must book in for a colour consultation before they have their colour service at least 48hrs before. Your service won’t be confirmed without one! If this isn’t booked and you turn up for your appointment without a consultation the appointment cannot go ahead as you will need to be previously skin tested.
