Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. Good morning everyone! This will be our cancellation policy as of June 5, 2024 Cancellation Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your grooming appointment. To ensure our business runs efficiently and our groomers are fairly compensated we have this cancellation policy in place. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. If you cancel or reschedule after the 24 hour notice we have the right to charge 50 % of your grooming services. If you do not show up to your appointment without any notice we have the right to charge 100 % of your grooming services. If you are 30 minutes late to your grooming appointment you will have to reschedule your appointment. Please make accommodation with us if your dog is going to be dropped off more than 30 minutes before your appointment or staying later than 30 min after they are done.
