Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 48 hours before start time. Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your future booking.

I have been bringing my German shepperd for around 4 years, she doesn't like going anywhere without us but with alot of love & patient she comes away smelling beautiful everytime.  She gets pampered with teeth been brushed, balm on her paws and I always feel comfortable leaving Bella, I would recommend to anyone. 😊 also the deshed is amazing when the moulting season starts 😊

Excellent service. We've been bringing our dog, Dora for quite a number of years now. Libby is brilliant with Dora and takes extra attention as Dora is quite a wuss when it comes to loud noises.

Firstly, I think it’s amazing that Grimsby Groom Room offer a collection service which really helps me as I don’t drive. Secondly, Betty is always well looked after when she goes and when she comes back she always looks fantastic and smells fantastic too. I cannot recommend Grimsby Groom Room enough to people.
