Bookings are confirmed at the time of booking. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 5 hours before the appointment; cancellations made after this window will result in a fee. We offer a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment automatically canceled, shortened, or rescheduled at our discretion. Payment is due at the time of service. Accepted payment methods may vary. Clients who fail to arrive on time or do not attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged 40% of the scheduled service fee. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment. Clients should arrive alone unless prior arrangements have been made with the business. No refunds!
