✨ Glow Casita Beauty Policies ✨ Please take a moment to read through everything before booking. By sending your deposit & booking your appointment, you are agreeing to all policies below. These policies are here to keep everything fair, respectful, and stress-free for both of us. Thank you, babe, for understanding! 💗 ⸻ 💕 LASH FILLS POLICY • You must have 50–70% of your lashes remaining to qualify for a fill. Anything less will be charged as a full set. • Anything past 3 weeks (21 days) is automatically a full set. • No foreign fills. If you currently have lashes from another tech, you must book a removal + full set. ⸻ 🌸 BROW POLICY • Arrive with your brows clean (no makeup, oils, or creams). • If you have cuts, irritation, or open skin around the brow area, the service may need to be rescheduled. • Aftercare: Avoid water, sweating, and makeup for 24 hours after a brow lamination or tint. • Results vary depending on your natural hair growth & texture. • Brow lamination is not recommended if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have extremely sensitive skin. ⸻ 📲 BOOKING POLICY • Appointments can be made through my booking site or DM. • A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. • By booking & sending your deposit, you are confirming that you’ve read & agreed to all policies. ⸻ ✨ DAY-OF APPOINTMENT POLICY • Arrive with clean lashes & brows. If not, a $10 lash bath fee may be applied. • Avoid caffeine 4+ hours before to keep your eyes relaxed. • Remove contacts & wear comfy clothing since appointments can take 1–4+ hours depending on the service. ⸻ 💸 DEPOSIT INFO • Deposits are non-refundable and go toward your total. • Lash deposit: $20 | Brow deposit: $10 • Please send deposit with only your first & last name or favorite emoji — no other info. • Payment options: • Cash App: $EdithhRM • Apple Pay: (559) 513-4342 • Zelle: Edith Rubinos – (559) 513-4342 ⸻ ❌ CANCELLATION POLICY • Cancellations or reschedules must be made 48 hours in advance. • Late cancellations (under 48 hrs) will result in a $25 fee (lashes) / $15 fee (brows) + forfeited deposit. • No-shows will be blocked from booking future appointments. ⸻ 🚫 GUEST POLICY • No extra guests or children are allowed at your appointment, no exceptions. • Failure to follow this policy will result in a reschedule or cancellation. ⸻ ⏰ LATE ARRIVAL POLICY • You have a 5-minute grace period (you must be in the chair by then). • At 10+ minutes late, your appointment will be canceled & deposit forfeited. • Communication is key! If you’re running behind, let me know ASAP so I can try to work with you. ⸻ 🩺 HEALTH POLICY • If you’re feeling unwell (fever, cough, eye infection, etc.), please reschedule. • All tools are sanitized before & after every client for your safety. ⸻ 💵 PAYMENT POLICY • Remaining balance is due in exact cash at your appointment. • If paying with Zelle, Apple Pay, or Cash App, a $10 fee will be added. ⸻ 💖 REFUND POLICY • Deposits are non-refundable. • Refunds are only issued if I cancel your appointment. • No refunds otherwise. If you are unhappy with your service, please contact me within 24 hours for a resolution. ⸻ ⏳ APPOINTMENT TIMES • Full sets: 2–4+ hours • Fills: 1–2.5+ hours If you struggle sitting still or are on a tight schedule, I may not be the lash tech for you—and that’s okay, babe! 💕 I take my time to make sure every lash & brow is perfectly done so your results are full, fluffy, and flawless. ⸻ ✨ Thank you so much for choosing me to slay your lashes & brows!
