By booking with GlambyGenna, you agree to these Policies & Terms. A deposit of $30 dollars for new clients to secure any service appointment. This will be done through Venmo, zelle or cashapp. This will be taken off the balance at the time of the service. With a 24 hour cancelation notice it will be returned back. In the event of a last minute cancelation (less than 24 hours) the deposit will be forfeited and the full cost of the service booked will be charged to your card on file. In the event of a no call/no show (new or exisiting clients) you will be charged for the full cost of the service booked.
