At Girlz Ink Collective, we pride ourselves on providing a professional, creative, and safe environment for all our clients. To ensure our studio runs smoothly and every artist's time is respected, please take a moment to read our official policies below. By booking with us, you are agreeing to these terms. We can't wait to see you in the chair! Studio Policies 1. Deposits & Cancellations • Strict No-Refund Policy: All payments and deposits are final. If you cancel your appointment for any reason, your payment is forfeited. 2. Rescheduling & Late Fees • Missed Appointments: If you do not show up for your scheduled time, your spot will be released. • Rebooking: To secure a new date and time slot after a missed appointment, a Late/Rebooking Fee must be paid before a new session is confirmed. 3. Payments & Legal Waivers • Payment First: Full payment for your tattoo session is required prior to the start of any work. • Waivers: For your safety and ours, a digital or physical waiver must be signed before the session begins. No tattoo will be performed without a completed waiver. 4. Booking Procedures • Current Sessions: To maintain our workflow, we do not allow clients to book additional tattoos while currently in a session. • Advance Booking: Please ensure all tattoos you wish to receive are booked via our system prior to your appointment. Otherwise, you will need to rebook for a future date after your current session is complete. 5. Personal Property • Girlz Ink Collective is not responsible for any personal items left behind, lost, or damaged. Please ensure you have all your belongings (phones, chargers, jewelry, etc.) before and after your session.
