Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. Deposits are non- refundable no exceptions. Deposits will be transferred when appointment is rescheduled within 24hrs. There is a ten minute grace period at ten minutes a $10 dollar late fee will be added to the appointment. After 15 minutes the appointment will be canceled. Please do not bring guests to your appointment unless it has been approved. Unapproved guests will be asked to wait in vehicle. All photos/videos taken will be used for social media and marketing. Please inform me if you don’t want photos/videos taken. All work is guaranteed for the first 5 days. Any broken nails after 5 days will be fixed with a fee All GelX Fill services should be scheduled for two-three weeks after initial service any fill appointments scheduled after that time frame will be charged as a full set or will be soaked off.
