Cancelations & Rescheduling At Galería Beauty Studio, appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations will be considered a no-show, and deposits are non-refundable. Failure to attend your appointment will automatically result in forfeiture of your deposit. If you experience a same-day emergency, please communicate as soon as possible, and we can agree to reschedule your appointment. Children & Extra Guests For safety reasons and to maintain a relaxing environment, children are not permitted unless they are receiving a service. Only individuals with scheduled appointments may remain in the treatment areas. Health and Safety For the safety and well-being of everyone, if you have fungus, a contagious nail infection, or any nail condition indicating the nails are not healthy, I reserve the right to refuse service. This policy is in place to protect your health and that of other clients. Before & After Hours If you need an appointment outside of regular business hours, whether earlier or later, you may request it in advance, and I will do my best to accommodate based on availability. Any inappropriate or disruptive behavior will result in immediate termination of service, and deposits will not be refunded.
