A booking fee is required to secure your slot! Pease arrive to appointments on time. Appointments 5 mins late will be charge £5 per 5 mins, appointments 15 mins late or more will be cancelled and still charged full price for the groom. If you chose not to turn up to your appointment your appointment will be classed as a no show and also charged full price. If your card is on file this can be taken, if you agree to our terms and conditions you are agreeing for this to happen! You must give at least 72 hours notice if you chose to cancel or reschedule your appointment. if 72 hours isn't given your deposit ia non refundable and another deposit will be required for your next appointment! If you chose to reschedule or cancel on the day of your appointment the full amount of the groom will be needed. Please make sure all dogs have been to the toilet before entering the salon. I don't have time to be clearing up dog mess. Matted dogs will be charge a dematting fee between £10-£25 depending on severity. This will be discussed during the appointment! If matting is beyond saving dogs will be shaven as short as necessary to realease these matts for the dogs sake! In the event that your pet's coat needs to be clipped down to release it from matting or coat neglect, Fursace is not liable for any post-grooming effects of this procedure, which is not without risk. Any humane de-matting will be undertaken solely at my discretion, in compliance with The Animal Welfare Act 2006 (clause 5 - Animals are to be protected from pain, injury and suffering). De-matting during a routine groom is limited to a maximum of 15 minutes and is only possible if the matting is minimal. For severely matted coats where de-matting isn't possible, the only humane way to deal with this will be to completely clip off the coat. Another appointment for completing the groom (tidying up) may need to be made if the de-matting takes up the duration of the appointment. We will not be held responsible for any pre-existing or new skin conditions which may arise due to having to be clipped short.We will not be held responsible for any minor nicks or cuts caused, due to having to remove tightly matted coats. And we will not be held responsible for any Haematoma's caused from the removal of heavy ear matting. Ears may also bleed at the tips when tight ear matting is removed, due to pressure released within the ear. If any fleas are found during the appointment a fee of £15 will be needed to cover the cost of products needed to de- flea the salon!
