Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your future booking.

I agree that the groomer will not be held liable or responsible for irritation abrasion, patchiness or hair loss due to any pre-existing skin condition, or as a result of the process of grooming, de-matting, thinning, stripping, shaving or any other mishap caused by my non- disclosure of my pet’s medical condition or behaviour. If my pet attempts to bite grooming staff, a muzzle may be used or at the discretion of the groomer and treatment may stop & I will pay for all work done to that point. If I fail to collect my pet at the agreed time I will pay all extra costs due. If my pet harbours any parasites clear them at my expense. If my pet’s health causes concern, obtain veterinary treatment at my expense. I have read and accept From Scruffy to Fluffys dematting policy. I understand & consent to all the conditions above.

Wonderful, Helen has so much patience and kindness to my babies and me. I have been blessed with her. The advice she gives is incredibly accurate and has helped my reactive dog become a big trusting softy. The dogs love her treats for sale too.

Took Rusty for his first dog grooming today. Was so impressed with Helen’s patience with him as he just wanted to explore. But with Helen’s encouragement we have a very clean and beautifully scented dog. Very happy with the whole experience. Will definitely be returning.

The groomers that our dog normally goes  to let us down - and not for the first time - but Scruffy to Fluffy very kindly was able to give us an appointment before Christmas.   Our Cockapoo, Scamp, came out looking very smart with a lovely Christmas bandana.  The cut was just what we wanted.  Thank you so much.

Helen was really good with my highly strung dog. She wouldn't do any more than he could tolerate. She inspected his teeth and gave me advice on how to care for them.

Helen is amazing. We have used this service multiple times and every time she amazes me. She understands the dogs, is a lovely person and also does a lovely job.

Grooming session was excellent. Molly looks perfect after her pampering. Will be back the next time she needs attention.

First time experience with doggie dental. Helen was welcoming and informative, she was very gentle and caused Freya no distress. Have booked a follow up clean as I believe its really important to look after her teeth and Helen is the lady to help me.

Always a wonderful experience with Helen she is amazing with my very difficult sprocker who is just a big baby. Kind, patient and very friendly overall fantastic would highly recommend.

I've taken my 7mo cocker spaniel for her first haircut and Helen was amazing with her. She let my pup settle in before going ahead with the groom, she even explained to me all the signs of stress to look out for in a dog and try to help them feel more relaxed.

RE the groom, Helen was professional and she has done exactly what I have asked her to do. Pup looks very smart and hopefully won't get too warm now in the hot weather.

Helen lets you stay with the dogs throughout the appointment, if you wish. She respectfully listens to the dogs as well as myself , uses 'natural' perfume free shampoo and detangling spray, no accidental cuts or clipper burns as we have unfortunately experienced elsewhere and generally does a great job!

I am amazed at Helen's skill and patience with my very timid rescue dog.   Helen has been gently building his confidence over the last year.  Initially he was very snappy,  suspicious and nervous of the whole experience. I’m a rescue sprocker who gets anxious very easily. I was in dire need of a hair cut. It was my first visit to Scruffy to Fluffy. Helen was very kind and patient and made sure I had a break if it felt a little much. I now look really handsome and younger! I would definitely recommend.

I cannot recommend her highly enough. Helen practices consent based grooming so does not stress your animal out, but instead works with them building their confidence slowly groom after groom. When we first started with Helen our little girl was so nervous. Helen has worked so hard WITH her building trust and now she is so happy to have a full groom. 

Max loves going to see Helen and getting his haircut and a bath! We’ve been going to Helen for years, she’s brilliant with max and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Helen is always mindful of my dog, Bessie’s slight anxiety. She’s been going since she was a puppy and is always happy to see Helen. Love her look after the groom too. Would recommend for sure. 

Ruby is always treated with kindness as she is quite anxious about going to visit a groomer. Helen is amazing with her and great at communicating with Ruby.

When bubbles comes in for a cut. Helen is always attentive and patient. I love the way she cuts her and the attention to detail. Helen really understands dogs and it’s nice to see bubbles building that trust with Helen. 

My dog percy has been coming to helen for 3 years now, he is anxious with being groomed but helen has been amazing with him, and now he actually doesnt mind it at all, shes worked her magic with him. She always goes above and beyond tk always do whats best for the dog:) 

My dog doesn’t take to grooming naturally, so I’m grateful for the calm perseverance every time we show up, as he always looks smarter when he left than when he arrived!

Helen is fantastic with my boy, after getting Freddie in lockdown 2020 sadly he’s got a few issues and taking him to a groomers felt impossible. Not having his first groom until his 4th birthday, Freddie is definitely not an easy groom but Helen always puts him and me at ease, we’ve been back twice since! Helen not only grooms him well but she understands his anxieties and gives me hints and tips that I now use daily. I can’t thank Helen enough. I’ve already recommended her to my mum!

Absolutely rate Helen, we have a fluffy, nervous, German shepherd cross who hates a bath but loves Helen, she takes the time to get to know each dog and only does what’s in the dogs best interest.  Would recommend to anyone.

Helen was brilliant as always and was very patient with 2 year old Marmite clearing off some unwanted greenery before progressing with the cut. He has come out as a very smart looking Cocker Spaniel after just over an hour and Helen calming talking to him whilst she manipulates her cutting tools. Am totally delighted with the job she has done thank you Helen. 

Helen always takes such care  of our four legged furbies, even the  older ones.  The dogs enjoy their bath times and look so smart after having their haircuts.  Her skill with the tooth brush saves hundreds of pounds at the vets too.  Dogs love Helen almost as much as she loves dogs.
