Payment is through card machine or cash on the day ( WE DO NOT accept £50 notes)

LATE ARRIVALS  - 
We value your time, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will not be able to go ahead and the full price of the treatment will need to be paid before booking another appointment. This is due to us being a busy salon we have pacific time frame for treatments and work on a back to back service. 

CANCELLATION POLICY - 
We kindly ask you to give 48 hours notice, if you need to cancel or reschedule the appointment. If this isn’t met, then you will be charged 50% of your treatment price.

MISSED APPOINTMENTS - 
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can happen, as respect to us please give us notice otherwise you will be charged.

By booking through our booking system this automatically makes you agree to our terms and conditions.

Brierny provides a friendly, personal service that you rarely get from your usual salon.  She builds a great rapport with her clients, she knows what they want and completes all treatments to a really high standard. I have BIAB, gel and nail art on a regular basis and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.  My nails have never been healthier or looked so good. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Brierny.
