“Genuinely impressed with my keratin straightening appointment. The salon is spotless and has a really calming atmosphere. The staff are professional, welcoming, and clearly know exactly what they are doing. They take their time with every step of the treatment, checking each section carefully and making sure everything is done thoroughly rather than rushed. I felt completely looked after throughout the whole process, and I left feeling really pleased with the result.”

“So far I’ve had 2 nanoplasty treatments with Natalia, 8 months apart, and I’m so pleased with the results. The treatment is gentle but fully straightens my hair and only needs redoing when my curly roots grow out. I can also do a quick blast dry with the hairdryer and it looks great for a few days - genuinely life changing! Natalia is also fabulous - very friendly and a pro at what she does.”
