DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE in the event of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule using the booking link provided, your deposit will automatically transfer to the new appointment date. Same-day cancellations will still require payment of the remaining session balance. RAW & UNEDITED FILES MAY NOT BE POSTED OR PUBLISHED. TARDINESS: Clients are given a 20-minute grace period before the session is subject to cancellation. If the client arrives late, the session may continue using the remaining scheduled time at the photographer’s discretion. Please plan accordingly for makeup artists, hairstylists, stylists, or any additional preparation time. No extra time or special accommodations will be given for tardiness. TRAVEL FEE: A $50 travel fee will apply to shoots taking place outside of the Los Angeles area. FINAL PAYMENT: Remaining balances are due immediately at the end of the session via card on file, Zelle, or Cash App. Final payments are NON-REFUNDABLE once services have been rendered, meaning the session has been completed. DISSATISFACTION: If the client is dissatisfied with any aspect of the session or services provided, concerns must be communicated during the review phase of the session. The client must clearly identify the issue and allow the photographer the opportunity to make corrections during the shoot or throughout the editing process. UNEDITED PROOFS will be delivered within 72 hours after the session. Final edit selections must be submitted within one week of receiving proofs. DELIVERY TIME: Retouched images will be delivered within 7–10 business days after edit selections have been submitted (excluding weekends). Expedited delivery may be available through purchase of a Rush Fee.
