CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY By booking with Divine Skn Studio, you agree to these Policies & Terms. You must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment time. No show: Not showing up to your appointment, or cancelling within 15 minutes of your appointment start time, will result in a 50 percent charge of the scheduled service. Late arrivals: Your service may be shortened and still charged in full, or you may be rescheduled and charged 50 percent of the scheduled service. Please arrive on time; arriving 10 minutes late may shorten your service or require rescheduling. If you think you will be more than 10 minutes late, please message to confirm we can still take you. Payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment methods may vary. Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment, and clients should arrive alone unless prior arrangements have been made with the business. Hair must be AT LEAST half inch long which means no waxing, trimming or shaving for the past four weeks.
