To secure your booking - a 50% advance payment is required at least 48 hours before your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Changes made within 48 hours will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. However, if you cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance, your deposit will be fully refunded. There is a 20-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive later than that, your appointment will be automatically canceled, and the cancellation fee will apply. I value your time as well-if I need to cancel or reschedule after the payment has been made, you will receive a 20% discount on your service.
