We bought in Harvey our nervous German shepherd and they managed to settle him so well. He came out sparkling.

Pepper and Pixie couldn’t wait to get into creature comforts for their de Shed. They were straining at their leads!  Looked amazing when they came out thanks to the very professional and caring staff. 

Easy online booking, reminders about when the appointment is, and a nice welcome in the store. Porsha very friendly, getting to know Princess Chloe before taking her through to the grooming section. Being a typical Daschund princess Chloe didn’t want to walk in so Porsha lifted her up. Job done and a happy princess Chloe. Polite staff and clean area. Will be going back again. 

Always friendly & caring towards Luna, who happily trots off for her regular Groom, returning her looking (& smelling) beautiful.

Ralph, our Sprocker spaniel came in for his first big boy cut yesterday, and Porscha did an amazing job. Super happy with the results. Thank you 🤩

Our 7 month old sprocker Coco had a full groom today . She’s been for puppy pampers before but this was the first time she’d had a proper cut . She looked amazing when I picked her up and we all love how tidy she looks . Thanks very much for a beautiful groom

Courtney and the girls always do such an amazing job for my two shitzus.  The haircuts are  brilliant, they are always on time and are so kind and gentle with the dogs. They have been grooming one since she was a puppy and because they are so gentle with her I can brush her in between grooms and never have any problems. 

Excellent experience for both dogs. One very nervous and the other very fragile. Both came out looking and smelling beautiful 🤩 

Toby goes for a regular groom every 6 weeks, as always today he was more than happy to go in! He always looks beautiful when I pick him up and he smells amazing.
