Your deposit goes toward your service total and secures your appointment time. Final pricing is confirmed at the end of your appointment and may change if length, designs, add-ons, or services are adjusted. 🚫 CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS Please respect my time just as I respect yours. If you cancel or no-show, a $20 rebooking fee will be required in addition to your new appointment deposit. The $20 rebooking fee does NOT go toward your service total. No exceptions. This policy is strictly enforced to protect my schedule from repeated cancellations, last-minute changes and no-shows. ⏰ LATE POLICY There is a 10-minute grace period. Because I work alone and appointments are booked one-on-one, arriving late affects the rest of my schedule. After the 10-minute grace period, your appointment may need to be canceled/rescheduled and applicable rebooking fees will apply. Please arrive on time and ready for your service. 💕 👯 NO EXTRA GUESTS No extra guests are permitted. I am a private nail tech, not a full-service salon, and my space is designed specifically for myself and the client being serviced. Please come to your appointment alone unless otherwise approved beforehand. For school-age/minor clients, a parent or guardian may accompany them when necessary. 💅🏽 FILL POLICY I have a STRICT 3-WEEK FILL POLICY. Fills must be booked within 3 weeks of your previous appointment. I will NOT fill sets that are 4+ weeks old. A new full set will be required. You may receive a maximum of 2 fills per set. After your second fill, you must receive a soak-off + new full set to maintain the health, structure and appearance of your nails. 🚫 FOREIGN WORK I DO NOT work over foreign sets. If your current nails were done by another nail tech or salon, they must be completely removed before I apply my work. Please book a foreign soak-off + new full set. This allows me to properly assess your natural nails and stand behind the quality and retention of my work. 🍹 COMPLIMENTARY COCKTAILS — 21+ ONLY Clients 21 and older may be offered one complimentary cocktail during their appointment. A valid government-issued ID is required. One cocktail maximum per appointment.
