Appointment Scheduling • Appointments are required prior to any grooming service. • As a mobile grooming service, we operate by scheduled visits only. • Scheduled appointments allow us to provide calm, focused, one-on-one care tailored to each pet. • Appointments are not considered fully booked or confirmed until the required deposit has been received. ⸻ Vaccination Requirements For the safety and well-being of all pets in our care, the following vaccinations must be current before any grooming service: • Rabies • Distemper • Parvovirus Proof of vaccination may be requested at any time. ⸻ Service Area Schedule To keep routes organized and efficient, appointments are grouped by service area on designated days: • Monday — Arvada, Denver & Lakewood • Tuesday — Aurora & Commerce City • Wednesday — Thornton & Northglenn • Thursday — Lochbuie, Brighton, Hudson & Fort Lupton ⸻ Arrival Window • As a mobile grooming service, arrival times are estimated and may occasionally vary due to traffic, weather, travel conditions, or grooming timing during earlier appointments. • Clients will be notified if we are running behind schedule. • We appreciate your patience and understanding, as each pet is given the time and care they need without being rushed. ⸻ Arrival & Pet Readiness • Please have your pet leashed and ready at your scheduled appointment time. • If grooming cannot begin within 10 minutes of arrival, a late fee may apply. • After 15 minutes without availability or communication, the appointment may be canceled and the deposit forfeited. ⸻ Pet Return After Grooming • Once grooming is complete, you will receive a “Ready for Pick-Up” message. • Please be available to receive your pet within 10 minutes of notification. • Delayed pick-up may result in additional fees. ⸻ Deposits • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. • Deposits are applied toward the total service balance on the day of the appointment. • Deposits are not refunded back to the client under any circumstance. • The required deposit must be paid at least 3 days before the scheduled appointment date. • If the deposit is not received within the required time frame, the appointment will not be booked, held, or confirmed. • Appointment requests without a deposit are not guaranteed and may be released to another client. • If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time, the deposit may be transferred as credit toward a future appointment. • Deposits may only be transferred once and must be used toward a future appointment with Cano’s Beauty & Grooming. • Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in a forfeited deposit. • Rebooking after a forfeited deposit will require a new deposit or full prepayment, depending on the situation. ⸻ Appointment Confirmation • Appointments must be confirmed at least 3 hours before the scheduled appointment time. • Appointments are only confirmed when the required deposit has been paid and the client has confirmed the appointment within the required confirmation window. • If an appointment is not confirmed within this time frame, the appointment may be automatically canceled and the deposit will be forfeited. • Appointment confirmation helps protect reserved appointment time and keeps the mobile grooming schedule organized. ⸻ Cancellations & Rescheduling • Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. • Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred as credit toward a future appointment when the cancellation or reschedule is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. • Changes made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in a forfeited deposit. • Same-day cancellations, late reschedules, and no-shows are not eligible for deposit transfer. • A new deposit or full prepayment may be required to secure a future appointment after a late cancellation, late reschedule, or no-show. ⸻ No-Shows • If no one is present at the service address and there is no communication, the appointment will be considered a no-show. • All no-shows result in a forfeited deposit. • Future bookings after a no-show may require full prepayment. ⸻ Why These Policies Matter At Cano’s Beauty & Grooming, our goal is to provide a calm, safe, and professional mobile grooming experience tailored to your pet’s comfort.
