•Consent Form Required All clients must complete the required consent form before receiving any service. This ensures your safety, comfort, and proper documentation for all treatments. • $10 Booking Fee (Non-Refundable) A $10 booking fee is required after your appointment details (time and location) are confirmed. This fee secures your spot, helps prevent late cancellations and no-shows, and is applied toward your final service total. • Traveling Esthetician Notice Clients have the option to book mobile services; an additional mobile service fee may be applied to cover travel, setup, and on-site services. The fee amount depends on location. Details are confirmed before final booking fees. • Cancellations & No-Shows Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the booking fee and may require an additional booking fee before booking again. • Timeliness Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full service. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. • Clean & Respectful Environment To maintain a safe and professional service experience, I ask that all clients arrive with clean brows/lashes/skin and respect allotted appointment times.
