Late cancellations will incur a $50 cancellation fee. In the event of a no-show, the full price of the scheduled treatment(s) will be charged. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you will be rescheduled and charged a $35 rescheduling fee. Please note, there will be no exceptions to this policy.
