Bookings are subject to approval and are not confirmed until accepted by Beverleys Beauty & Aesthetics. We require a 25% deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment; cancellations made after this window are subject to the applicable deposit or fee policy, and a 50% charge may be payable if cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the appointment. Deposits are refundable provided cancellation is made within the permitted cancellation window. A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business’s discretion. Payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment methods may vary. Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment. No refunds are issued once a service has been completed. The business’s liability is limited to the value of the service provided to the extent permitted by applicable law, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Looking forward to seeing you.
