While hypoallergenic products are used when possible, allergic reactions can still occur Any irritation or allergic reaction must be reported within 24 hours of the appointment. If a reaction occurs, removal may be recommended. Bellina Beauty Bar is not responsible for reactions caused by: Failure to disclose medical conditions Improper aftercare Use of products not provided or approved by the salon Lash extensions involve adhesive and eye-area application. • Reactions are rare but possible. • A patch test is available upon request. Bellina Beauty Bar is not liable for allergic reactions or sensitivities that were not disclosed prior to service. Clients must complete a consent form before service. Due to the nature of the service, no refunds are offered. If you experience excessive shedding within 48 hours, please contact us with photos. A complimentary fix appointment may be offered within 3 days of original service.
