1 Friend or Family member always welcome, no children under 16 unless booking a family photoshoot or parent is in attendance of the session.

All statements below are mutually agreed to by both parties and acknowledged by the client proceeding with booking a session/appointment on the Goldie website.  If any amendments are made to this contract, they must be in writing and mutually agreed to by both parties.  The photographer, Bekka Tracey Photography, is the sole approver of any change requests.  Verbal agreements are non-binding and must be put in writing and explicitly acknowledged by Bekka Tracey Photography in agreement.

1. Booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit of $40 is required to secure the client's session. This deposit will be applied to the client's total session cost.  The remaining balance is due at the session. The Dropbox album will not be released until payment is made in full.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations or no-shows by the client.
Clients may reschedule appointments up to 48 hours before the session start time and retain their deposit for the new appointment if made within 60 days.  This is strictly enforced.  
For outdoor session weather concerns, please contact Bekka Tracey Photography immediately to see if another date/time can be accommodated.  This is not guaranteed.
3. Session Policies
Sessions start and end at the scheduled times. No late fees will be automatically charged, but the session will conclude as scheduled regardless of arrival time and/or time taken by client to change outfit, attend to personal needs, groom, etc.  If the session is determined as successful with unneeded, excess time left over– the client and Bekka Tracey Photography may mutually agree to end the session ahead of scheduled end time.
If the client is running late on the day of the appointment and wishes to retain the appointment’s full time, a fee of $50 can be paid to Bekka Tracey Photography upon confirmation of flexibility to move the appointment up to 20 minutes past start time.  With fee payment, any time that exceeds the 20 minutes paid for will be forfeited and the session will conclude at scheduled time + 20 minute extension.  Client and Bekka Tracey Photography may mutually decide on a new session start time in writing if necessary and beneficial for both parties and are in agreement without fee.  This is not guaranteed.
One friend or family member is welcome to accompany the client.  If more than one guest arrives at the client’s session, they will be asked and expected to leave.  If the client is not in agreement with this policy–the session will end immediately with deposit retained and all services terminated.  No children under 16 are allowed unless it's a family photoshoot.  For clients under 16, a parent/guardian must be in attendance.  The parent/guardian and/or client is responsible for any and all damages incurred by themselves or guest/s they are accompanying. Should damage occur–an itemized bill will be provided to the parent/guardian with expectation of payment within 30 days.  Legal action may be pursued if the expectation is not met.
4. Travel Fees
A travel fee of $0.725 per mile round trip applies to locations outside of Toledo, Ohio.
5. Style Preference & Creative Direction
By booking a session, the client acknowledges and agrees to Bekka Tracey Photography’s stylistic approach, as reflected in the portfolio available on the official booking website and social media.
Bekka Tracey Photography retains full creative control over the editing process, color grading, composition, and posing direction.
While client preferences are welcome and will be taken into consideration, the final delivered images will reflect Bekka Tracey Photography’s creative vision and established aesthetic.
Requests to alter or deviate from this style is not guaranteed.  Client understands that AI editing requests will not be exact and are not in agreement with Bekka Tracey Photography’s creative style.  They will be acknowledged as inspiration only.
6. Image Delivery & Editing
A full Dropbox gallery is provided to the client within 72 hours of the session.  Final edited images will be delivered within 14 days from the time Bekka Tracey Photography receives the selected photos for edits from the Client.
For weddings and events, the turnaround time is 3-4 weeks due to the larger volume of edits.  Exact details and timing will be provided in a separate wedding-specific contract.
All edits are FINAL and non-refundable. A re-edit can be mutually agreed to by the parties as a courtesy, but it is not guaranteed.  A typical session with Bekka Tracey Photography involves 1 hour of in-person shooting and 10-20+ hours of culling, editing and refining. The quality of the client’s final images are taken seriously and curated with the utmost pride, care and attention by Bekka Tracey Photography.  A re-edit does not warrant a new image to be chosen.  The re-edit is specific to the original photo selected for edits only.  Additional photo edits may be purchased.
Photoshopping of body parts in pursuit of changing size of body parts are explicitly not allowed for clients under 18.  For adult clients, requests are allowed if they reflect a realistic representation of the client.  This is determined by the photographer at their discretion of the request.
Important: Virtual folders containing all of the client’s images should be downloaded to the client’s personal device. These folders will no longer be accessible one month after delivery.  Bekka Tracey Photography is not responsible or liable for storing the client’s photos and there is no guarantee that photos will be accessible by DropBox or Bekka Tracey Photography one month after delivery to the client.  
Client acknowledges and understands that if they do not save their full session Dropbox album images and/or final edited images to their personal device, they forfeit the images.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for arriving on time and prepared for their session.
Clients must secure any necessary permissions or permits for photo locations.  Bekka Tracey Photography is not liable for loss of session time or images captured in the event of a location owner denying access to the space to capture the client’s photos.  Client and Bekka Tracey Photography will make a mutual effort to capture photos to the best of ability in event of location access denial.
Clients must communicate desired poses, outfits, or specific shots in advance and at time of session.
8. Liability
Bekka Tracey Photography is not responsible for missed images due to client lateness, inclement weather, client/guest tensions, or failure to follow instructions.  Editing alterations of land, sky and other scenery and background can be requested, but is not guaranteed.  Quality is the highest priority.  In the unlikely event of camera or equipment failure, illness, accident, or unforeseen circumstance, liability is limited to the return of payment made if no services are rendered at all.  If service is rendered, but not to the expectation and standard held by Bekka Tracey Photography– a partial refund or reschedule of session may be granted at Bekka Tracey Photography’s discretion.  This applies only to extreme conditions and not applicable to client’s aesthetic preferences.  While all care is taken with digital files, Bekka Tracey Photography is not liable for lost, stolen, or
damaged images once delivered to the client.  
Client understands that the full Dropbox album and final photos are only delivered by Bekka Tracey Photography to the client phone number that is attached to the website booking created by the client.  Any further distribution to family, friends, etc. is the responsibility of the client and the client only.  Regardless of payment provider, age, and/or relationship to the client.  This policy is in place to validate that the person as the client, who created the booking, has received the service that they have booked in full.  If the client no longer retains the phone number provided for the booking–it is the responsibility of the client to provide updated contact information for photo delivery.  Clients will not add Bekka Tracey Photography to a group message/s or request separate delivery of the Dropbox album or final edits to other person/s.  This may be done as a courtesy by Bekka Tracey Photography, but is not expected or guaranteed.
9. Image Usage
Bekka Tracey Photography retains the copyright and ownership of all images.
Full session Dropbox album is provided as a courtesy and is not a final product.
Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only.
Images may not be altered or used commercially without written permission.  Contact Bekka Tracey Photography for purchase of a commercial use/publication use license.
Bekka Tracey Photography reserves the right to use images for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes.
