Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments without penalty up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made via message / via booking system. Appointments will be automatically cancelled if the client fails to arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled time. In such cases, the client may be subject to a 100% cancellation fee at the discretion of Beauty by Georgia Leigh. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
