BOOKING POLICY - NAT LASH & BROWS A deposit is required to confirm your booking. Deposits are deducted from your total on the day. Cancellations with 48+ hours notice: full deposit refund or transfer. Cancellations with 24-48 hours notice: deposit transfers to one rescheduled appointment within 30 days. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice: deposit is forfeited. No-shows: deposit is forfeited and 50% prepayment required for future bookings. Late arrivals: please message +61 414 947 249 if running late. 15+ minutes may result in reschedule. POLITICA DE RESERVAS - NAT LASH & BROWS Se requiere un deposito para confirmar tu reserva. El deposito se descuenta del total el dia de la cita Cancelaciones con 48+ horas de anticipacion: reembolso completo o transferencia del deposito. Cancelaciones con 24-48 horas: el deposito se transfere a una cita reagendada dentro de 30 dias. Cancelaciones con menos de 24 horas: el deposito se pierde.
