BEAUTY CODE STUDIO POLICIES  BOOKINGS/DEPOSITS/PAYMENTS A non- refundable booking fee (deposit) is required for all bookings. Your appointment will not be confirmed until the deposit been paid and therefore will be available for others to book until you complete your booking. The remaining balance can be paid in cash or via bank transfer on the day. Full payment must be paid before you leaving your appointment.  RESCHEDULING/ CANCELATIONS I required 48 hr notice If you like to change your appointment date, and your deposit can be moved together to new date. You are allowed to reschedule appointment date only once. If less than 48 hr notice is given, your deposit will be lost. If you are late your appointment still be carried out whit what time we have left and you will be charged the full appointment price.  ISSUES/ COMPLAINTS Refunds will not be given under any circumstance due to the time and products used. Free fix will be offered, all issues must be raised in 72 hours after appointment. In case of Hair extensions issues aftercare warranty kit (shampoo, conditioner, and heat protector spray) must be purchase to be able to raise any issues with hair installation. PREPARING FOR YOUR APPOITMENT At least 40% (after removal of the regrowth lashes) must remain for an Infill. If you will have less than 40% of lashes left you will be charged for Full set. Infill appointment is available up to 4 weeks, past 4 weeks you will be charged Full set price.  Please arrive with freshly washed lashes with no make-up in the area. If you use Mascara on your eyelash extensions that will required removing eyelashes and a new Full set application, this will result extra charge for removal product and time.  By paying deposit you are confirming, you have read and agreed to all of the above.
